I might not be the faster man in the world, but I born in the country he is from (Usain Bolt, Jamaica). I happy to be free running the earth as long as I possibly can. Being able to tie your own shoe laces is actually a big achievement in your infant/childhood years, it’s weird it takes for a post like this for you to even think of it like that. Being able to move your feet and go faster in from point A to B is a victory in itself, in which where we start with crawling to walking to running, that is life right there in progression.
Running is probably if I can remember all the way back my first sport I have ever been apart of. In my family I had a lot cousins and close community friends and the thing we use to do the most was race. I was the chubbiest of the guys and I always wanted to complete. My cousin and best friend were really thin and athletic, and I always wanted to beat them, even on their worse day. I always coming in third in the race of 3 people, it’s clever to say in that way, because I never looked at it as last, because I know the other racers were faster than me. But in a bigger group of people or various speed, I was always in between.
I must say thanks to one of my childhood friend, older guy, Marlon for that one great idea to start training the kids in the community in track and field. That was really a big moment in my life to be a part of a team and in a weekly competition. Next to that I was involved in helping build the park in which we had our competition of who was the fastest runner in the neighbor. We had obstacles, hurdles, relay, and more make it enjoyable and almost real life as how we watched on tv. I trained, I learned, I watched and asked others who was better than I how they got better and faster and in many ways helped me be better. That memory is stuck in my mind forever about how that moment was.
My passion of running and speed led me to other sports and actions such as roller skating, biking, soccer, free-running, parkour and
I am so true to running to this day, that I can’t go to a sneaker store and not envision myself running in the shoes I am going to buy before getting them. If I can’t run, jump, skip, flip in my shoes no matter if it’s church shoes, I can’t get them. I have to be super comfortable in what I wear or I will have a bad vibe about me, I just won’t feel right.
I truly enjoy running to this day. Nothing makes me feel more free that knowing, I can just out of nowhere

Running is a method of terrestrial locomotion allowing humans and other animals to move rapidly on foot. Running is a type of gait characterized by an aerial phase in which all feet are above the ground (though there are exceptions). This is in contrast to walking, where one foot is always in contact with the ground, the legs are kept mostly straight and the center of gravity vaults over the stance leg or legs in an inverted pendulum fashion. A characteristic feature of a running body from the viewpoint of spring-mass mechanics is that changes in kinetic and potential energy within a stride occur simultaneously, with energy storage accomplished by springy tendons and passive muscle elasticity. The term running can refer to any of a variety of speeds ranging from jogging to sprinting.
